We are proud to offer complimentary 2-day shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 states and 3-4 day shipping on all international orders.

  • Origin: All jewelry is made to order and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

  • Shipping Method: Once complete, your order will be shipped via complimentary 2-day insured shipping service. A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.

  • Processing Time: Because our fine jewelry is crafted specifically for you, please allow approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is custom-crafted to your specifications, we do our best to ensure your complete satisfaction. By default, all purchases come with a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Rings: Due to the custom nature of our rings, they are not readily returnable once made. However, before placing your ring order, we will send you a complimentary ring sizer to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Final Sale: Items that are heavily customized, engraved, or altered at your request may be designated as a final sale.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at customer.service@alanfaye.com with your order number and photos of the item.
